We are looking for a talented individual to join our team in Bratislava to be responsible for managing projects and overal studio operations focused on designing interiors and virtual tours for renowned domestic and international companies. Woow Studio designs and creates VR tours for property developers and ambitious projects all around the world. It is also the creator of MOLLY, an innovative application for creating VR tours that are revolutionizing the way real estate is being sold.
About the position

We are looking for

A degree in architecture, planning, or engineering is an advantage

Ability to solve problems independently and meet deadlines

Decent English or German at B2

Ability to read construction documents

Professional user skills in AutoCAD

Professional skills in 3DS Max, Vray, Corona or FStorm

Intermediate user skills in Adobe Photoshop

Project Planning and Initiation: You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, define project scope, create comprehensive plans, and establish clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Team leading: Leading and motivating project teams will be an important part of your responsibility. We are looking for a person that can promote collaboration and a productive work environment.

Risk Management: Proactively identifying potential risks and devising a strategy to mitigate them. You will closely monitor the progress of the project, anticipate challenges and implement appropriate risk management measures to achieve successful project outcomes.

Resource Management: Effectively allocate and manage resources, including human and technical, to optimize productivity and deliver projects on budget and on time.

Quality Assurance: Govern and adhere to WooW's commitments and quality standards.
